Job summary

Mayvin is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Senior Executives, Associate Directors, Deputy Director, and Director in Arlington, VA. The role requires handling confidential matters with discretion and exercising sound judgment under pressure.

The EA will manage travel, meetings, and correspondence, ensuring timely delivery of materials and information. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience supporting senior leaders, and are proficient in Microsoft

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior level executives (VP, CFO, COO, President, CEO).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for executives with internal and external customers.
  • Make travel arrangements and manage activities in the travel system.
  • Prepare meeting documents, agendas, decks, handouts, and notes.
  • Coordinate VIP visits and support US Marshals events.
  • Assist with data analysis and preparation of reports and briefing materials.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence including letters, emails, and memos.

Mayvin is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) who will be responsible for supporting Senior Executives and Associate Directors, Deputy Director, and Director, as needed, in a timely and professional manner. The EA will work independently on projects from conception to completion, exercise intelligent judgment with little supervision while exercising high confidentiality, and work under pressure when needed while handling various activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact to represent executives with their internal and external customer base
  • Make travel arrangements, plan, and execute all activities within the automated travel system
  • Prepare meeting documents, including agendas, slide decks, handouts, and notes
  • Coordinate VIP Visits and other specialty services that support US Marshals events
  • Assist with analysis of data and metrics in preparation of reports and briefing materials
  • Compose, draft, edit, and prepare correspondence such as letters, emails, memos, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to seamlessly perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and social media

  • Previous Government Agency experience
