CommunityCare HMO Inc. is seeking an Senior Enterprise Analytics Analyst to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making and strategy.

This role leads analytics initiatives, develops executive reporting, and identifies trends to improve performance and member experience. The position requires advanced SQL, Power BI dashboard development, and experience handling large healthcare datasets.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL proficiency for querying, transforming, and validating complex datasets.
• Experience developing executive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis.
• Experience with healthcare analytics and large datasets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across lines of business.
• Develop executive dashboards, performance scorecards, and KPIs using Power BI; communicate findings.
• Promote enterprise standards for analytics methodologies, metric definitions, documentation, and reporting practices.
• Maintain trusted data assets, validate data quality, resolve discrepancies, and support data warehouse enhancements.
• Provide guidance to associate analysts and oversee analytical processes.
