The Analytics Lead role focuses on building KPI dashboards, collaborating with Medical Affairs and Data Science to extract clinical insights and drive strategic decisions for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with data and visualization tools.
• Expert SQL skills and familiarity with dbt.
• Strong communication and user empathy for executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve KPIs with Medical Affairs as programs scale.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Omni and Hex for non-technical users.
• Partner with data science to analyze trends and drive clinical insights.
