You will partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and insights.

The role requires strong portfolio management, senior-level communication, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-growing healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of analytics, BI, reporting, data products, decision support, or a related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience with delivery, coaching, performance, and resource management.
• Experience developing roadmaps and delivering analytics portfolios with measurable business outcomes.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with complex analytics, solution design, data validation, troubleshooting, and executive reporting.
• Experience working with large, complex data sources and partnering with technology and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and scalable capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Direct solution design, executive reporting, and data product development.
• Build and mentor a growing analytics team while shaping governance and standards.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical, finance, compliance, and IT to enable data-driven decisions.
