Job summary

Everyday Health is seeking a Sr. Data & Insights Manager to lead high-impact analytics and manage data models supporting theSkimm, Everyday Health, and other umbrella properties in the Everyday Health Consumer portfolio.

You will explore complex datasets, build executive dashboards, and deliver actionable insights shaping content strategy, product development, and revenue. A meticulous, proactive analyst will mentor junior staff in a data-centric organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quantitative analysis experience in digital media or related field.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Content and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Content and Product teams to embed data-driven insights into plans.
• Own Sigma BI tooling and build executive dashboards tracking core KPIs.
• Define data requirements and ensure data integrity across multi-brand users.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data warehouses and downstream models (DBT).
• Evaluate AI-assisted analytics tools to automate queries and reporting pipelines.
• Conduct complex analyses to identify growth drivers and trends.
• Support long-term forecasting, budgeting, and predictive modeling.
• Define high-impact testing hypotheses and synthesize learnings into best practices.
• Translate data findings into compelling narratives for leadership.
