Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a data analytics professional to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs, drawing from multiple systems and ensuring timely, executive-level reporting for leadership.

The role requires strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau) and experience with large datasets, governance, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, computer science, information systems, statistics, economics, or a related field.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Five years of professional experience in data analysis, program management, business analysis, or process improvement, OR a Master’s degree.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives, analyzing complex datasets, and communicating insights to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate, timely, and actionable information is available to leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Presents insights, trends, and findings in clear, executive-level formats.
• Collects, cleans, analyzes, and interprets data from multiple systems and sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Develops and manages dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and performance reports using business intelligence tools.
• Applies analytical techniques, statistical methods, and tools based on data requirements and business needs.
• Serves as an internal consultant by providing data interpretation, evaluation, and recommendations for process and program improvements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define requirements, implement solutions, and support adoption of data-driven best practices.
