Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Insights Analyst to deliver data-driven insights across the Cloud Success Insights Team. You will partner with cross-functional teams, build predictive models, and present executive-ready recommendations.

This high-visibility role requires ownership of end-to-end projects and the ability to work with senior leaders, sometimes outside standard hours. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in data analytics, strong SQL and visualization tool expertise (Tableau/Power BI), and

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Degree or equivalent proven experience will be considered.
• Strong track record of ad-hoc analysis, deep-dive analysis, predictive modeling and forecasting.
• Proven business partnering skills with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent executive presentation skills and the ability to distill complex analysis into actionable stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer high-priority business questions.
• Build predictive models and forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
• Conduct variance, impact and root-cause analyses to explain performance drivers.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success and Cloud leadership.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear strategic recommendations for executives.
• Own projects end-to-end, from problem framing through executive presentation.
