Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in data analytics or related field.

• Proven ad-hoc, deep-dive analytics, forecasting.
• Experience with variance, impact, and root-cause analyses.
• Proven business partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across varying seniority.
• Excellent executive presentation skills.
• Extensive SQL experience.
• Expertise in Tableau or Power BI.
• Ownership mindset with mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer high-priority questions.
• Build predictive models and forecasts to support planning.
• Perform variance, impact, and root-cause analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Customer Success and Cloud leadership.
• Translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Own projects end-to-end from framing to presentation.
