Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Insights Analyst on the Cloud Success Insights Team in Indianapolis to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for Cloud Leaders. You will provide cross-cloud analytics support, respond to senior leaders, and occasionally work outside standard hours to meet needs.

This high-visibility role requires strong SQL, Tableau/Power BI skills, and a proven ability to distill complex data into actionable executive stories while mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Degree or equivalent experience considered.
• Strong ad-hoc, deep-dive analyses, predictive modeling, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer high-priority business questions.
• Build predictive models and forecasts to support planning and decision-making.
• Conduct variance, impact, and root-cause analyses to explain performance drivers.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success and Cloud leadership.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, executive-level recommendations.
• Own projects end-to-end from framing to executive presentation.
