Qualifications

• 10+ years in Go-To-Market, business development, sales, consulting, or product leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and leaders within strategic Amazon Connect customers.
• Develop, execute, and own GTM and sales strategies focused on AI in customer experience.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders (sales, product, solution architecture, customer success, marketing).
• Capture customer insights to influence product roadmap for Amazon Connect and AWS AI solutions.
• Create scalable programs to unblock challenges and drive growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve GTM capabilities and operational rhythms.
