Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in an administrative role supporting multiple leaders.
• Experience with managing multiple calendars across different timezones.
• Experience working in fast paced startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical and strategic administrative support to upper executives.
• Prepare expense reports, route invoices, and manage travel.
• Coordinate scheduling and resolve conflicts; liaise across teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and assist with daily operations.
• Lead special projects and coordinate events.
