The Administrative Partner role supports the VP of AI and Software and the VP of HW Systems, Integrity and Productivity, ensuring priorities are managed, needs anticipated, and operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in an administrative role supporting multiple leaders.
• Experience managing calendars across time zones.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical and strategic administrative support for executive-level staff.
• Prepare expense reports and manage travel arrangements.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them proactively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across HP IQ.
• Lead special projects and team events.
• Develop operational processes for AI and Software teams.
• Build strong partnerships with EA’s across HP.
