Long-Term Contract Administrative Assistant – Ivine – Up to $30/hr – Start ASAP!

CV Resources has partnered with a successful company in Irvine that is seeking an Executive/Administrative Assistant to join the team!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the HR leadership team, including scheduling and calendar management
  • Coordinate team events, training sessions, and business travel arrangements
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, process department documentation, and support reporting needs
  • Greet and assist internal and external guests in a professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive HR matters Assist with various administrative projects and general office duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, and travel logistics
  • Able to work on-site in Newport Beach (hybrid schedule)
  • Ready to start immediately for a contract
