We’re actively seeking a talented Executive Administrative Specialist to join our Life New Business team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This position is an in-office role with aspects of hybrid.
As an Executive Administrative Specialist, you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by providing secretarial and administrative support directly to executives, managers, and/or a group of individuals, exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. You will use business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries. You will receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail, and email. You will maintain files, records, calendars, and diaries; typically arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, order supplies and equipment, and track expenses. You will execute special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. You will contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. You will analyze problems, determine approaches, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations. You will coordinate activities between departments and outside parties. At higher levels, you may coordinate the work of other assistants and clerical staff. Work may be of a critical or confidential nature.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
