Job summary

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join the pre-opening team. Reporting to the General Manager, the role provides high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure efficient coordination of communications, meetings, travel and initiatives while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• University degree or technical qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of administrative or executive-support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership within a luxury hotel, hospitality or international business environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish; strong MS Office document preparation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and coordinate the daily activities of the Executive Office.
• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings and priorities, anticipating conflicts and optimizing time.
• Coordinate Executive Committee and leadership meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
