Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is seeking a Security and Safety Manager to lead the pre-opening security and safety program. You will manage daily operations, develop risk assessments, coordinate emergencies and oversee a team of security professionals to protect guests, residents and property.

The role requires five years in security leadership, fluency in Spanish and English, and a track record in high-end hospitality.

Qualifications

• University degree or technical qualification in Security Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum five years in security, safety, or related leadership roles; luxury hospitality preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English required; safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Security and Safety team across resort, residences and facilities.
• Lead pre-opening risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Recruit, onboard and coach security staff; maintain high standards of service and guest interaction.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, patrols and incident response; document investigations and reports.
• Coordinate emergency training and crisis management planning with other departments.
