Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our pre-opening team. Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, this role will lead daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, residences and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and personalized care.

You will recruit, onboard, train and develop staff, monitor labor and costs, coordinate with Front Desk and Engineering, and drive SOPs to deliver a seamless

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English.
• University degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Progressive housekeeping experience in luxury hotel/resort with supervisory or management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping activities across guest rooms, residences and public areas.
• Coordinate room assignments, staffing and priorities with occupancy and VIP needs.
• Develop and implement SOPs, cleaning sequences and quality standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train and coach the housekeeping team.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
