Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is seeking a Banquet Manager to lead all banquet operations for pre-opening and ongoing events, ensuring seamless planning and personalized guest experiences.

The role calls for a university degree in Hospitality Management with at least 3 years of banquet leadership in a luxury setting, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong knowledge of SOPs, BEOs, and beverage controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, Event Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' banquet leadership in luxury hospitality or high-volume events.
• Strong knowledge of banquet service, event setup, BEOs, staffing and beverage controls.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple simultaneous events.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; experience with Opera/POS/event software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all banquet operations from setup to post-event follow-up.
• Develop SOPs, select equipment, and design event spaces during pre-opening.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach the Banquet team to a high standard.
• Review BEOs and event details to ensure precise timing and service.
• Conduct pre-event meetings to assign responsibilities and timelines.
• Collaborate with Conference Services, Catering, Culinary, Stewarding, and Engineering.
• Maintain a strong leadership presence during events, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Build relationships with organizers and guests, handling changes promptly.
