Yona Eagle is seeking a District Manager to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations across multiple nursing facilities in CT. You will lead and develop Environmental Services teams, ensuring clean, safe, and compliant environments while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory knowledge, with regular facility visits and reports to management. On-site supervision and staff development are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree strongly desired; professional experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• Two years’ experience in housekeeping services and multi-facility management in healthcare.
• General business acumen and ability to lead diverse teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations across district facilities in compliance with policy.
• Visits facilities regularly to meet managers and provide performance feedback.
• Maintains client relations and ensures satisfaction with services.
• Trains staff in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures.
• Forecasts supplies and manages cost-effective programs.
• Ensures survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees staffing levels and CBAs awareness.
• Reports monthly initiatives and achievements.
