Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting seeks a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to support DoD contracts across multiple programs. Travel up to 25% is required. You will oversee EVMS, cost performance, CPR/IPMR deliverables, and support audits with DCMA.

Experience with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and Microsoft toolsets is essential. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, plus knowledge of FAR and government accounting, are required.
