Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting is seeking a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to support Earned Value Management activities for government contracts. Occasional travel up to 25% is required; oversight of EVMS, cost control and performance measurement will be core responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and/or Microsoft toolsets, strong Excel/MS Office proficiency, and US citizenship with DoD clearance preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Expert with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and/or Microsoft toolsets.
• Experience with US government cost-reimbursement contracts and FAR.
• Experience implementing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and baseline development.
• PC proficiency including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• US Citizenship required; DoD Security Clearance (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations at least 25% of the time.
• Oversee EVMS for tracking program performance.
• Prepare and review performance measurement and cost variances.
• Provide cost control and financial support to program management.
• Prepare CPR formats 1-5 or IPMR deliverables.
• Support customer audits and DCMA communications.
• Track program post and copy billings and cash collections.
• Generate quarterly EACs per policy.
• Identify solutions and provide strategic direction in a dynamic environment.
• Support management reviews and audits monthly and quarterly.
