Qualifications

• Experience with EVMS process and tools (Deltek Cobra, wInsight).
• Knowledge of EIA-748 EVMS guidelines and DFARS.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• US government/defense aerospace program planning and control experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally.
• Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the development of a Program Planning and Control (PP&C) function.
• Collaborate with PMs, CAMs, and functional leads to manage the PMB.
• Manage formal change control to maintain baseline integrity.
• Support creation and maintenance of the WBS and control account plans.
• Execute EVMS and cost management including budgeting, tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Generate reports/dashboards for cost/schedule performance and EAC support.
• Support risks identification and mitigation planning with stakeholders.
• Assist Scheduling in IMS development and ensured alignment with PP&C.
• Participate in audits/reviews of program controls processes.
• Support proposal development activities.
• Mentor/train new PP&C team members.
• Maintain positive customer relations and adhere to schedule.
