Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Bothell, WA is seeking a Program Scheduler to lead the development, integration, and oversight of the full Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across aerospace programs. You will work with the IPT to ensure schedule realism, baseline control, EVMS integration, and compliance with DCMA/IPMR standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of scheduling on large aerospace/defense programs.
• Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Proficiency with MS Project and EVMS concepts; familiarity with DCMA standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Program IMS using MS Project or equivalent tools.
• Lead schedule development and baseline processes aligned to WBS and program scope.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance to integrate plans into the IMS.
• Support EVMS components: baseline control, status updates, and forecasting.
• Conduct schedule reviews with CAMs and functional leads.
• Support IBRs and schedule walkthroughs with clients and auditors.
