Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Washington state seeks a Senior Program Manager to direct, coordinate and oversee all activities related to contract execution. You will serve as the single point of contact for program inquiries and ensure alignment across engineering, certification, supply chain and operations.

You will lead status reviews, manage EVMS-driven performance, control budgets, mentor junior managers, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with ~10 years of experience; aerospace background preferred; PMP a plus.
• Experience leading large-scale programs with cross-functional teams in engineering, certification, supply chain and operations.
• Proven ability to manage EVMS, budgets, schedules and risks; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee all contract execution activities for assigned projects.
• Serve as the single point of contact for program-related inquiries and keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead interdepartmental coordination and drive status, schedule, cost and quality performance.
• Mentor and develop less experienced program managers; facilitate change orders and risk reviews.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and maintain strong client relationships.
