Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 7 years Finance/Business Management experience OR Master’s with 5 years experience.
• Experience with EVMS and financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of EVMS software (MPM or Cobra), SAP, MS Office, and accounting principles.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.
• Experience presenting business strategies and financial risks to leadership.
• Active US Government clearance (with BI or Continuous Evaluation).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of cost analysts responsible for EVMS implementation and analysis.
• Provide oversight for cost management, funding analysis, and contract deliverables.
• Interface with program office, leadership, and auditing agencies on EVMS tasks and performance measures.
• Support proposal preparation, fact-finding, and negotiations as needed.
• Adapt to fast-paced, changing environments.
