Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Washington state is seeking a seasoned scheduler to own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across aerospace development programs including engineering, certification, supply chain, production, installation, and delivery.

The role requires developing and maintaining the IMS with MS Project, baselining to the WBS, and ensuring EVMS integration. You will lead IBRs, schedule reviews, and cross-functional planning with IPTs while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum years of scheduler experience on aerospace/defense programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Program IMS using scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Lead schedule development and baseline processes aligned to WBS and program scope.
• Ensure compliance with DCMA 14-Point, IPMR/IPMDAR, EIA-748.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate plans into the IMS.
• Support EVMS components including baseline, status updates, and forecasting.
• Conduct schedule reviews with CAMs and functional leads.
• Identify variances and recovery scenarios.
• Provide schedule metrics and presentations to leadership.
