Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Bothell, WA is seeking a senior Program Planning and Control specialist to plan and execute aerospace development programs, coordinating all EVMS activities and ensuring PP&C alignment with scheduling. You will oversee baselining, change control, budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting and EAC support.

The role requires collaboration with Program Managers, CAMs, and stakeholders, generating dashboards, leading audits, mentoring staff, and traveling as needed to support

Qualifications

• Experience with EVMS process and tools (Deltek Cobra, wInsight).
• Active knowledge of EIA-748 EVMS guidelines and relevant DFARS requirements.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• US government/defense aerospace program planning and control experience preferred.
• Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally as part of an established and growing team.
• Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required and to work outside core business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and cost management activities.
• Develop and maintain the PMB with CAMs and Program Managers; manage baselining and change control.
• Provide budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and EAC support.
• Generate cost/schedule performance reports and customer reporting (IPMDAR/CPR); ensure data is integrated and traceable.
• Mentor and train team members; coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
