Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Washington state seeks an experienced Program Manager to direct, coordinate and oversee all activities related to contract execution. You will serve as the program's single contact for inquiries and coordinate across engineering, certification, supply chain and operations to ensure successful delivery.

You will communicate program status, leverage EVMS for performance analysis, manage financial performance of work packages, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline; PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) and project controls.
• Experience leading large aerospace programs and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel as required and work outside core hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and oversees all activities related to contract execution.
• Provides a single point of contact for program inquiries and client communications.
• Facilitates interdepartmental cohesiveness among engineering, certification, supply chain and operations.
• Leads Change Order processes and ensures on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Mentors less experienced Program Managers and associates.
