Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a Scheduler to own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across aerospace programs. You will lead schedule development, baselining, and collaboration with IPTs to align engineering, production, and supply chain with program objectives.

You will ensure EVMS compliance, perform what-if analyses, and present metrics to senior management and clients. A strong background in MS Project and government-standards is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years scheduling experience on large aerospace programs.
• Proven ability to develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Experience with EVMS principles and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Program IMS using MS Project or equivalent tools.
• Lead schedule development and baselining aligned to WBS and program scope.
• Ensure compliance with DCMA 14-Point, IPMR/IPMDAR, EIA-748 standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance.
• Support EVMS components including baselines, status, and forecasting.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews with CAMs and leaders.
• Identify variances and develop recovery scenarios.
• Provide schedule metrics and presentations to leadership and clients.
• Facilitate IBRs and schedule walk-throughs with clients/auditors.
• Partner with Production Planners to align program and production schedules.
