PEAK Event Services in Woburn, MA seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales and Senior Management teams. You will handle greeting guests, scheduling, filing, and coordinating across departments, acting as the first face and voice for clients.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience is a plus; on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet showroom guests and maintain a market-ready showroom.
• Answer and direct phone calls per PEAK standards.
• Learn POR, Salesforce, and Vonage systems; file maintenance.
• Assist with special projects for Sales, Finance, HR and Executives.
• Coordinate meetings and travel for Sales and Senior Management.
• Sort and distribute mail; proofread final copies; order supplies.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement.
