Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks an energetic Event Sales Manager to drive revenue from guestrooms, banquet services, and event spaces. You will coordinate with hotel teams to ensure flawless delivery and repeat business, while negotiating and contract executing for new and repeat clients.

Responsibilities include leading client negotiations, preparing event orders, and collaborating with Revenue, F&B, and DOSM to optimize room availability and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in hotel catering or event sales.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams preferred.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and maintain existing accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare Banquet Event Orders and coordinate with Banquet/F&B teams.
• Attend sales meetings and coordinate with Revenue Manager on rates.
• Develop market knowledge and advocate effective yield management.
