Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Sales Coordinator to act as the local, on-property sales contact for customers. The role proactively solicits revenue opportunities and upsells to maximize hotel revenue, while ensuring timely turnover for service delivery.

Responsibilities include meeting revenue goals, managing customer budgets, and building relationships with clients through sales calls, site visits, and events.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive revenue.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management tools.
• Familiarity with Delphi/Delphi Diagrams software is a plus.
• Willingness to prospect and visit potential clients to generate business.

Responsibilities

• Builds top-line revenue by following the sales strategy set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Meets and exceeds personal revenue goals and upsells products/services.
• Identifies revenue opportunities and develops new business through proactive solicitation.
• Responds to inquiries within market segment within 4 hours.
• Creates and executes sales contracts and tracks bookings.
