Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to sell and service events, contract new business, and coordinate with hotel teams to deliver high-quality programs across guestrooms, banquet, AV, and room rental.

The EMM will prepare contracts, event orders, and resumes, align with DOSM and Revenue Manager, and ensure flawless execution with meeting planners from start to finish, driving guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• ,
• 2 or more years of hotel sales & catering and rooms experience in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of a consistent ability to provide quality service
• Previous leadership experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Solicit new and maintain existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals.
• Prepare and initiate Banquet Event Orders to client specifications with Banquet Department and directors.
• Participate in daily Sales Stand-up and weekly sales meetings.
• Collaborate with Revenue Manager and DOSM on room availability and rates.
• Develop knowledge of market trends and customers; apply yield management strategies.
• Plan event details with clients (attendees, space, schedule).
• Meet with clients during events to ensure proper service delivery.
• Understand property capabilities and offerings; align with departments to meet sales strategies.
• Conduct site tours for potential clients and achieve annual goals.
