You will upsell enhancements to maximize revenues and lead cross-functional meetings to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong English communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hotel catering or convention services experience.
• Proven ability to lead meetings and coordinate multiple hotel departments.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to upsell and maximize revenues while delivering quality service.

• Plan, organize, and manage in-house details for group and convention bookings.
• Coordinate with sales, catering, and hotel departments throughout pre-, during, and post-event phases.
• Upsell enhancements to maximize room and meeting space revenues.

• Monitor budgets and ensure delivery of a quality product to clients.
