Legends Global seeks an Operations-focused professional to collaborate with the Operations Manager and Event Coordinators to plan event timelines and staffing. The role involves chair set timelines for non-hockey events, coordinating crew schedules, supervising setup/teardown, and adjusting floor plans under management direction.

You will assist in budgeting, staff training, safety reporting, and maintaining facility equipment.

Aufgaben

• Develop timelines, schedules and action plans for event set-up and services.
• Create chair set timelines and plans for non-hockey events.
• Attend planning meetings with the Operations Manager and Event Coordinators.
• Schedule full/part-time staff and subcontracted service providers per event demands.
• Supervise crews in setup, changes, and teardown of events; adjust floor plans as directed.
• Assist in budgeting and staffing plans; training and evaluating personnel.
• Oversee cleaning, maintenance and proper storage of event equipment and furniture.
• Report major maintenance issues and safety concerns to management.
• Train new employees and support ongoing staff development.
• Resolve employee conflicts in line with policies and union contracts.
• Assist with outdoor grounds maintenance and snow removal as directed.
• Operate equipment like ice resurfacers, forklifts, floor scrubbers, and lifts as required.
• Support ice installation, preparation and maintenance for events.
