Legends Global is seeking a Catering / Special Events Supervisor to oversee catered events, banquets, and special functions with a focus on smooth execution and exceptional hospitality. You will coordinate logistics across departments and lead event staff to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, banquet operations knowledge, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction in a dynamic venue setting.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification required; Manager Certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years in banquet operations or upscale F&B service.
• Experience in supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, setup, execute, and breakdown catered events and banquets.
• Maintain spaces per event specs and service standards.
• Coordinate movement of equipment, furnishings, beverages, and supplies.
• Serve as primary operational contact during events and respond to requests.
• Monitor operations for service quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Catering, Culinary, Stewarding, Facilities, and Security for seamless events.
• Resolve guest concerns and operational issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain inventories of equipment and supplies.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
