Job summary

Legends Global in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced Operations Leader to supervise event staffing, housekeeping, and venue readiness during all shows. You will guide full- and part-time staff, coordinate with divisions, and ensure safety and service quality at every phase.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in public assembly or venue operations, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
• Three (3) years related experience in the public assembly/venue operations industry; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage event setup, conversions and tear down; facility inspections and scheduling.
• Direct, supervise and schedule all operations staff and oversee hiring, training and performance.
• Develop operating procedures aligned with client/venue standards and safety policies; train staff on procedures and emergency plans.
• Direct cleaning tasks of housekeeping personnel and ensure daily and event-based cleaning.
• Interact with other divisions regarding facility conditions and ensure safety compliance (OSHA).
• Continuously seek ways to improve operations, reduce turnaround times, and ensure quality service.
