Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily ice rink operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment. You will assist with staffing, event coordination, and revenue growth initiatives, acting as Manager on Duty when needed.

The role requires 3+ years in ice rink facilities, OSHA preferred, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with BMS and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ice rink facility experience.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• OSHA safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily rink operations for public skating, hockey, and events.
• Operate and monitor ice plant schedules and settings.
• Oversee ice plant maintenance and repairs with techs/contractors.
• Monitor ice quality and coordinate resurfacing schedules.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Record work performed and complete work orders and reports.
