Job summary

Legends Global seeks a seasoned Operations Manager to lead daily facility operations across engineering, maintenance, housekeeping, IT, and stage production. You will coordinate with departments and contractors to ensure readiness for events and ongoing operations, while enforcing safety, policies, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, budgeting input for multi-year plans, and strong communication with the General Manager and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Maintenance Engineering; preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or managerial experience in a similar facility.
• Knowledge of HVAC, hydronic heating/cooling, and theatrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and schedule all aspects of Operations, including Engineering/Maintenance, Building and Grounds, Cleaning/Custodial, IT, and Stagehands.
• Coordinate Operations with other departments and event contractors for facility readiness.
• Implement and update facility rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Provide clear, timely communication of directives to other departments.
• Oversee maintenance of the Physical Plant, lighting, sound, AV, and stage equipment; ensure safe operations.
