Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and coordinate on-site event operations at our Huntington Center location. You will oversee setup, teardown, and service delivery, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction across all events.

You will supervise event staff, manage inventory and maintenance of equipment, and drive training programs while working closely with coordinators and department teams. A strong background in live events and facility operations is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of operational management/supervision in a public assembly facility.
• Knowledge of event production tools, materials and equipment.
• Ice maintenance knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event setup timelines, schedules and action plans with multiple departments.
• Schedule, oversee and train event service staff for show service.
• Oversee cleaning, maintenance and proper storage of event equipment and furniture.
• Develop training and orientation for new employees and conduct ongoing education.
• Manage consumables, purchasing, inventory controls and MSDS storage per OSHA standards.
