Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee venue operations and enhance guest experience. The role involves staffing, scheduling, and managing event-day staff, as well as ensuring quality service and compliance with health standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in various conditions. Strong English skills and the ability to lift items are a must. Candidates may work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptionally organized.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Meet state and city health requirements for food handling.
• Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all activities within the venue operations department.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training of event and warehouse staff.
• Directly manage event-day staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Develop and enforce standards for service and product quality.
