Job summary

Install America in Mohnton, PA is seeking an Events Manager to lead a team of Demonstrators and drive our in-person brand presence at weekend shows and local events. You will recruit, train, and manage the team, book new events, engage attendees, track productivity and budget, and report to supervision.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, reliability, and a willingness to travel weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an event team is required.
• Experience in customer marketing at events is preferred.
• Strong recruitment and hiring experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
• Ability to stand for long hours at events.
• Must work every weekend.
• No remote work.

Responsibilities

• Find and book shows and events for weekends within your territory.
• Engage event patrons to generate leads and appointments that close sales.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage your team of Demonstrators.
• Ensure promotional booths are set up beautifully and removed after events.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules for events and the team.
• Weekly maintain, track, and report productivity, labor, inventory, and budget.
• Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved.
• Maintain open communication with supervision and other departments.
