Job summary

Signature Bath Solutions in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks an Events Manager to lead an in-person events team across PA. You will book shows, engage attendees, and drive leads and sales at festivals and fairs. Manage recruitment, training, and payroll, and ensure booths shine at every event.

You will schedule and track activity, report productivity, and hit weekly and monthly goals. This role requires weekend work and local travel with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Team leadership and people management experience.
• Customer service or B2C marketing experience.
• Experience recruiting and hiring as a focus.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to stand for extended periods at events.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and admin work.
• Willingness to work every weekend.
• Residence within 30 minutes of Mechanicsburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Find and book new shows and events for weekends within the territory.
• Engage patrons at event booths to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators.
• Ensure promotional booths are set up and removed after events.
• Plan and organize schedules for events and the team.
• Maintain and report department productivity, labor, and budget weekly.
• Set goals for each event and track progress with supervision.
