Job summary

Install America in Mohnton, PA seeks an Events Manager to lead an in-person event team promoting our home improvement brand across the greater Mohnton area. Develop and manage the Event Department, coordinating booths, schedules, and staffing for weekend shows and festivals.

You will recruit, train, and mentor Demonstrators, drive lead generation at events, and report weekly on productivity, labor, inventory, and budget to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience is required.
• Customer Service or B2C marketing experience.
• Recruiting and hiring experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
• Ability to stand for extended hours at event booths.
• Basic computer literacy for administrative reporting.
• Must be willing to work every weekend.
• This is not a remote job.

Responsibilities

• Find and book new shows and events for weekends within the territory to demonstrate.
• Engage event patrons to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage Event Demonstrators.
• Ensure promotional booths are set up and removed after events.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules for events and team.
• Track productivity, labor, inventory, and budget weekly.
• Set and achieve goals for events, weeks, and months.
• Maintain clear communication with supervision and other departments.
