Job summary

Install America in Mohnton, PA is seeking an Events Manager to lead a team of Demonstrators, book and manage shows, and promote our home improvement brand across the greater Mohnton area.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, coordinate event schedules, and report on productivity and budget. This role requires strong people skills, reliability, and a drive to grow the event program week after week.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience required.
• Customer marketing or B2C marketing experience required.
• Recruiting and hiring experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort talking to people.
• Basic computer literacy for admin/reporting tasks.
• Willingness to work every weekend.
• This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Find and book new shows and events within your territory to demonstrate in.
• Engage event patrons at booths to generate leads and schedule sales appointments.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage the Event Demonstrators team.
• Ensure promotional booths are set up and taken down at events.
• Plan and coordinate schedules for events and the team.
• Weekly tracking and reporting of productivity, labor, inventory, and budget.
• Set and achieve goals for events, weeks, and months.
• Maintain open communication with supervision and other departments.
