Job summary

Install America is seeking an Events Manager to lead a team of Demonstrators promoting our home improvement brand at weekend shows and events in the greater Mohnton area. You will recruit, train, and manage staff, book new events, and ensure booths are presented professionally.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, tracking productivity and budget, and achieving event goals. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring weekend availability and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Team management & leadership experience
• Customer Service or B2C marketing experience
• Recruiting & Hiring experience
• Great interpersonal skills: enjoy talking with new people
• Valid Driver’s License & own reliable vehicle
• Ability to stand for extended hours at event booths
• Basic computer literacy for administrative/reporting duties
• Must want to work every weekend
• Not a remote job

Responsibilities

• Find and book new shows and events for every weekend within the designated territory
• Engage event patrons to generate leads and schedule appointments that generate sales
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage the team of Event Demonstrators
• Ensure promotional booths are set up and removed at shows/events
• Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules for events and team
• Maintain, track, and report productivity, labor, inventory, and budget weekly
• Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month
• Maintain open communication with supervision and other departments
