Job summary

Install America in Mohnton, PA, seeks an Events Manager to lead a team of Demonstrators at weekend shows and local events. You will book shows, recruit and train staff, manage budgets, and drive lead generation in person.

The role requires hands-on leadership, schedule coordination, and regular reporting on productivity. Travel within the greater Mohnton area and strong communication with teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Team Leadership and management experience.
• Customer service or B2C marketing experience.
• Recruiting and hiring experience as a focus.
• Great interpersonal skills and willingness to talk with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work extended hours at events.
• Basic computer literacy for admin and reporting.
• Must want to work every weekend.
• Not a remote job.

Responsibilities

• Find and book new shows and events for weekends in your territory.
• Engage attendees at booths to generate leads and schedule sales appointments.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage the Event Demonstrators.
• Ensure promotional booths are set up beautifully and removed after events.
• Plan and organize schedules for events and team.
• Weekly maintain, track, and report productivity, labor, inventory, and budget.
• Set and achieve goals for each event, week, and month.
• Maintain open communication with supervision and other departments.
