Job summary

Install America, Mohnton, PA, is seeking an Events Manager to lead a team of Demonstrators, plan weekend event presence, and drive customer leads in the greater Mohnton area. You will recruit, train, and manage staff, coordinate event schedules, and report on productivity and budget while ensuring booth quality at every show.

The role offers a base weekly salary of $900–$1,200 with bonuses, and requires regular weekend work in non-remote, in-person settings at events and fairs.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience.
• Customer service or B2C marketing experience.
• Recruiting and hiring experience as a regular focus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy talking with people.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to stand for extended hours at event booths.
• Basic computer literacy for admin/reporting duties.
• Must want to work every weekend.
• Not a remote job.

Responsibilities

• Find and book new shows and events for weekends within the designated territory to demonstrate.
• Engage event patrons at booths to generate leads and schedule appointments that convert to sales.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage the team of Event Demonstrators.
• Ensure promotional booths are set up and removed from events.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules for events and team.
• Weekly monitoring and reporting of productivity, labor, inventory, and budget.
• Set and drive goals for each event, week, and month.
• Maintain open, prompt communication with supervision and other departments.
