Job summary

JLL in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Event Analyst to drive data-rich reporting and high-quality guest services. This role supports event operations, ticketing, and M&E dashboards while collaborating with global REWS teams to ensure smooth event execution and insightful analytics.

The candidate will manage SLAs, contribute to UAT, and train teams on M&E integrations, Tableau dashboards, and ticketing systems. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in event planning, project management, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience in event operations and coordination.
• Superior customer service skills with strong orientation to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience maintaining high standards for customer experience and brand representation.
• Ability to work flexibly to manage event queues and ad-hoc requests.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating all event and guest service requirements, ensuring timely responses within approved SLAs for ANZ tickets and programs are sent to accurate queues and REWS staff within the region
• Collecting and compiling event highlights for ANZ and collaborating with event analyst associates from Sydney and other regions for bi-weekly and ad-hoc reporting requests to assist the REWS team
• Overseeing and supporting ticketing requests and queries for Meetings & Events (M&E) and Tableau dashboards for ANZ, providing regular reporting and insights
• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing training for the M&E team, including support for any enhancements and M&E app integrations
• Assisting with the development and implementation of new innovations, process improvements, and upgrades to existing event services
• Working closely with the global REWS teams, Event Management, and Event Program Leads to drive successful event execution in region
• Preparing qualitative and quantitative reporting for management and leadership using internal dashboards and data tools
