Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Events Analyst to drive data‑driven reporting and outstanding guest services for M&E programs. You will manage event queues, support ANZ tickets, and deliver regular insights from internal dashboards, including UAT and training for the M&E team.

You will coordinate with REWS, Event Management, and regional leads to ensure timely, accurate reporting and smooth event execution in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years in event planning, project management, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience in event operations and coordination.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all event and guest service requirements with SLAs.
• Compile event highlights and generate bi-weekly and ad-hoc reports.
• Oversee M&E ticketing and Tableau dashboard support for ANZ region.
• Conduct UAT and provide M&E training and app integration support.
• Support process improvements and new innovations within REWS.
• Collaborate with global REWS teams to drive successful events.
